Here is a Tales Of Suspense 39 a monumental comic in both Marvel and Pop culture history featuring the first appearance of Iron Man. The comic is CGC graded as a 5.0 with a purple label (restored) the restoration is minor as it is “small amount of colour touch on cover.”
The slab is in good condition, it has the usual light scratches which are only visible from certain angles under direct light.
The bottom left side of the slab looks like it has had a small impact as there are a few internal cracks, although they are not heavy cracks nor are they fragile and cannot be felt by touch from the outside of the slab. Due to the supposed impact a small piece of thin plastic from inside the case has snapped off and is loose inside the slab, it doesn’t have an impact on the comic nor does it weaken the slab. I have shown pictures of the light damages worth mentioning in the final 3 photos.
