This is a highly scarce issue as it was published by Battleaxe Press, which only distributed DC comics in South Africa for roughly one year between (1994-1995) before closing down.
Because of the short print run and limited regional distribution, very few copies survived. This specific variant is heavily sought after by global comic completionists because it features Todd McFarlane's iconic Batman #423 cover artwork.
